Spanish Chorizo Burger Patties

Ingredients

  • 100gram Nature’s Meal
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 120 gram diced Spanish chorizo
  • ½ grated zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable salt

Method

  1. Sauté the dices chorizo until lightly coloured but not crispy
  2. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and combine
  3. Add sauteed chorizo and pan juices with the boiling water and combine
  4. With wet hands from 4-6 burger patties (depending on desired size)
  5. Chill for at least 30 mins before grilling

Delicious when served with coleslaw
